POSTPONED – Upcoming I-10 WB traffic shift at the LA 108 interchange– Calcasieu Parish

UPDATE: Due to inclement weather, the I-10 westbound traffic shift has been postponed to the evening of Thursday, March 12.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that motorists can expect a traffic shift on I-10 westbound at the LA 108 interchange during the evening of Monday, March 9 Thursday, March 12.

Two lanes of I-10 westbound traffic will shift to the service road at the LA 108 interchange. The service road has been widened to accommodate two lanes, and the westbound entrance ramp loop has been closed to allow interstate traffic. This will allow the contractor to reconstruct the concrete sections of the interstate. The below graphic illustrates the traffic shift for I-10 westbound.
