Lake Charles, Louisiana – The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office has asked the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations to investigate a shooting involving a deputy in the 3600 block of Ryan Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

There is a police presence at the scene as investigators gather information. More details will be shared later.
