Louisiana Authorities Provide Updated Information, Still Seeking Vehicle and Driver in Fatal March 17 Hit-and-Run Crash on US 90
Jefferson Parish, Louisiana – Louisiana authorities have provided updated information and are still seeking the vehicle and driver in a fatal March 17 hit-and-run crash on US 90.

On March 29, 2023, Louisiana State Police (LSP) released an update to a fatal hit-and-run crash on US 90 in Jefferson Parish. Louisiana State Police is seeking the public’s assistance to locate a vehicle of interest and the driver in the fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred March 17, 2023, on Jefferson Highway (US 90) near Central Avenue around 10:00 pm.
Troopers obtained security footage and identified a light-colored SUV as a vehicle of interest. The front end, hood, and windshield of the SUV may have been damaged, but this is not restricted to those parts.
Authorities are asking that anyone with information on a vehicle matching the description or any other information about the crash call LSP Troop B at 504-471-2775. Individuals can also report information anonymously to the Louisiana State Police by following this link.
A person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
