Sulphur, Louisiana – Golden Chick, a restaurant chain with roots in San Marcos, Texas, has announced the opening of a new location in Sulpur, Louisiana. Founded in 1967 by Howard and Jacque Walker, the restaurant, originally known as Golden Fried Chicken, quickly gained fame for its mouthwatering fried chicken and biscuits.
