During an interview with detectives, Doucet reportedly expressed embarrassment about the incident and admitted to consuming alcohol throughout the day prior to the events in question.
Following the investigation, Doucet was taken into custody and booked into the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center. She faces several charges including aggravated assault with a firearm, aggravated burglary, terrorizing, theft under $1,000, and disturbing the peace by public intoxication.
