Westlake Road Closure at Railroad Crossing on Miller Avenue Starting June 7

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 379 (Miller Avenue) at the railroad crossing between Kile Street and Railroad Avenue will be closed on Monday, June 7, 2021, from 6 p.m. to Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at 6 p.m.
The closure will allow the railroad company to make repairs to the crossing. The detour route is LA 378 (Sampson Street), LA 379 (I-10 Frontage Road), and LA 379 (Sulphur Avenue). All work is weather permitting.
