Westlake Police Department Arrests Man for Aggravated Assault with a Firearm

A man has been arrested by officers with the Westlake Police Department for aggravated assault with a firearm after allegedly jumping into a vehicle and pulling a gun on a man.
From the Westlake Police Department – Officers were dispatched to a residence on Goos Street in reference to a subject pulling a gun on him and threatening to shoot him. Once on scene, Officers learned that the suspect b/m Dominique Henry 02/04/1994 had jumped into the vehicle of the victim at the red light. The victim was able to get away safely. Henry was located at his residence and arrested without incident. The firearm was located and taken into evidence.
Henry was booked into the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center for Aggravated Assault with a Firearm.
Henry also had three outstanding warrants for Contempt of Court.
