Westlake Man Found Guilty of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile and Other Charges

From the Calcasieu Parish District Attorney’s Office, Lake Charles, LA – On Thursday, June 3, 2021, Marcus H. Strahan, 49, Westlake, was found guilty in Calcasieu Parish of one (1) count of indecent behavior with a juvenile under thirteen; and one (1) count of attempted indecent behavior with a juvenile under thirteen.
Judge Derrick Kee has ordered a pre-sentence investigation for Strahan prior to sentencing which is set for July 23.
 
Chief of Litigation Bobby Holmes and Assistant District Attorney Denisse Parrales prosecuted the case for the Calcasieu Parish District Attorney’s Office.
