Authorities in Louisiana Asking for Help Locating Woman Last in Contact with Family in November of 2022
Ouachita Parish, Louisiana – Authorities in Louisiana are asking for help locating a woman last in contact with family members in November of 2022.
On March 20, 2023, the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office reported that investigators are attempting to locate Patricia Richard, on a welfare concern. Authorities indicated that there is no known address, and she is described as a white female, age 57, 5’-3” tall, and weighing 150 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes.
Family members last had contact with her in November 2022 when she was in Monroe, Louisiana but had no permanent address.
Anyone with any information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office at 318-329-1200.
