Published April 10, 2024

Vinton, Louisiana - The City of Vinton recently announced that Waste Management services are encountering difficulties in collecting and completing routes within the city. These challenges stem from the adverse weather conditions causing fallen branches, trees, and overhead wires, hindering the usual waste collection operations.

Residents are advised to exercise patience as Waste Management navigates and addresses these obstructed areas. If your trash has not been picked up yet, the City of Vinton urges you to remain understanding and give the team time to tackle the obstacles.

In the event that your trash can remains unemptied over the next 2-3 days, the City Hall encourages you to reach out to them promptly.
