Vinton To Host Vintage Car Display And Holiday Shopping Event On Horridge Street December 1

Vinton, Louisiana — Residents and visitors can enjoy an evening of vintage automobiles, holiday shopping, and traditional Louisiana cuisine during a special event scheduled for Monday, December 1, 2025, on Horridge Street in downtown Vinton.

Vinton Farmhouse is organizing the community gathering, which will showcase a collection of vintage cars beginning at 5 p.m. The automobile display will line Horridge Street in the heart of the downtown district, offering attendees the opportunity to view classic vehicles.

The event coincides with extended holiday shopping hours at Vinton Farmhouse, which will remain open until 7 p.m. to accommodate early Christmas shoppers. The extended hours provide an additional two hours beyond typical closing times for those seeking to complete their holiday purchases.

Red beans and rice will be served starting at 5 p.m.

The December event combines automotive history, retail opportunities, and regional food traditions in a single evening. All activities will take place along Horridge Street in downtown Vinton, making the event walkable for attendees.
