Updated February 20, 2019 – US 171 Southbound left lane between LA 3020 (Opelousas Street) and US 90 (Fruge St), will be closed Monday, February 25, 2019, and Tuesday, February 26, 2019, from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. each day. Thru traffic will be maintained during construction periods.
Updated February 15, 2019 – US 171 Southbound left lane between LA 3020 (Opelousas Street) and US 90 (Fruge St), will be closed Thursday, February 21, 2019, through Friday, February 22, 2019, from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. each day. Thru traffic will be maintained during construction periods.
US 171 Southbound left lane between LA 3020 (Opelousas Street) and US 90 (Fruge St), will be closed Saturday, February 16, 2019, during daylight hours. Thru traffic will be maintained during construction periods.
This work was originally scheduled for January 27.
The closures are necessary for utility repairs.
