Three Suspects Arrested in Louisiana After Store Manager Identifies Them and Authorities Reportedly Find Stollen Goods and Drugs
Jeff Davis Parish, Louisiana – Three suspects were arrested in Louisiana after a store manager identified them and authorities reportedly found stolen goods and drugs.
The Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office reported on May 8, 2023, that on May 5, deputies were summoned to a business in the 21200 Block of Highway 26, in Jennings, Louisiana, in connection to a theft in progress. When deputies arrived at the store, the manager identified the suspects. According to reports, Robert Linscombe, Kayla Crochet, and Halie Santiago were identified as the suspects.
Deputies reportedly recovered a pillowcase, eyelashes, two rolls of electrical tape, Gorilla Glue, Mascara, Eyeliner, and a car air freshener among the stolen items. Deputies also uncovered drug paraphernalia and controlled substances in their possession during the investigation.
Robert Oran Linscombe, 28, of Jennings, Louisiana was transported to the Jefferson Davis Parish Jail. and was booked into Jail for warrants and Theft of Goods, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug paraphernalia.
Halie Santiago, 24, of Jennings, Louisiana was transported to the Jefferson Davis Parish Jail and booked for a warrant, Possession of Schedule II with intent to Distribute, Possession of Schedule IV with intent to Distribute, Possession of a Legend Drug, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Kayla Dawn Crochet, 27, of Jennings, Louisiana was transported to the Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office and issued a misdemeanor summons for Theft of Goods, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Crochet was released on a summons.
