Three New Local Food and Entertainment Businesses Open in Lake Charles

Three new local businesses recently opened up in Lake Charles, each offering great food, fun entertainment, or both.

Zephyr’s

Zephyr’s is a music and entertainment venue in Downtown Lake Charles located at 710 Ryan Street. The venue has two separate rooms with stages and bars in each. Zephyr’s features live entertainment on weekends, as well as ladies night, service industry night, and Drink and Drown when you can get unlimited domestic beers and well drinks for one low price.

Panorama Music House

Panorama Music House is located where Sloppy’s Downtown used to be, at 331 Broad Street in Lake Charles. Panorama is a music venue, bar, and restaurant combined. The business is run by the same people who own and run Rikenjaks. In fact, this Downtown Lake Charles business is located in the same building that Rikenjaks was located in many years ago. You can expect bar games, live entertainment, and great food at this location.

Maplewood Burgers

Maplewood Burgers, a place known locally for their stuffed burgers, recently opened a Lake Charles location. The business was previously called Maplewood Discount but changed their name to reflect what they are best known for. This is the second location of Maplewood Burgers, the other is located in Sulphur on Maplewood Drive, just off Cities Service Hwy. The new location is at 4453 Nelson Rd. in Lake Charles.
