Sulphur, Louisiana - The City of Sulphur has implemented a streamlined process for residents to request pickup of fallen tree limbs through its Public Works department.

Residents can submit requests for limb removal through an online portal in just a few steps. The city requires that limbs be placed at the edge of the roadway for collection, and limbs can be no larger than 6 feet long and 4 inches in diameter

The service is available through the city's e-government platform, which allows residents to fill out a digital form to notify the Public Works department of their need for limb removal. The online system is designed to make the request process more efficient for both residents and city workers.

To access the service, residents can follow this link to the limb pickup page.

The online request system represents the city's effort to modernize municipal services and provide residents with convenient access to public works assistance. By digitizing the request process, the city aims to better track and respond to service needs throughout the community.

Residents who need fallen limbs removed from their property should ensure branches are positioned at the roadway edge before submitting their online request. This placement allows Public Works crews to efficiently collect debris during scheduled pickup routes.

The service is particularly useful following storms or high winds that cause tree damage throughout residential areas. Rather than calling city offices or visiting in person, residents can now submit requests at any time through the web-based platform.
