Sulphur, Louisiana – Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Thomas C. Bradford, 39, of Sulphur, Louisiana, on August 11, 2025, after an investigation into allegations of indecent behavior with juveniles. Bradford turned himself in and was booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center, facing two counts of indecent behavior with juveniles. Judge Tony Fazzio set Bradford’s bond at $600,000.

The investigation began in November 2024, when deputies received a report about the inappropriate touching of minors. According to statements from two female victims, Bradford allegedly touched them inappropriately over a period of several years when they were under 18. Special Victims Unit detectives, led by Detective Eric Perry, corroborated the victims’ accounts, which led to the issuance of an arrest warrant.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
