Sulphur, Louisiana – The Sulphur Police Department has requested Louisiana State Police to investigate a shooting involving an officer.

According to initial reports, the incident took place on Henning Drive around 11:00 p.m. on November 19. One person was transported to a local hospital, and the severity of their injuries was unknown at the time this was published.
