THERE WILL BE A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE SULPHUR CITY COUNCIL,
MONDAY, APRIL 29, 2019 AT 5:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS

2. RESOLUTION awarding low bid received for Upgrade Regional Sewerage
Pump Stations, Phase II, Arizona Pump Station. RES22-19 (Mayor Danahay)

3. RESOLUTION approving liquor license for The Mines Theatre (Clucky’s 4th
of July Fiasco), 121 East Napoleon Street. RES23-19 (Mayor Danahay)

4. RESOLUTION approving liquor license for The Mines Theatre (Blues &
Burgers), 121 East Napoleon Street. RES24-19 (Mayor Danahay)

5. PUBLIC HEARING on ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1614, M-C
Series, which provided for regulation of through trucks, and to increase the
fine for violators. ORD32-19 (Mandy Thomas)

6. INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE adopting the annual budget of revenues
and expenditures for the fiscal year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 for the City
of Sulphur, Louisiana. ORD33-19 (Mayor Danahay)

7. INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 1554, M-C
Series, which set forth water fees charged by the City.
