Sulphur Christmas Under the Oaks Entertainment Schedule Released

Sulphur, Louisiana – Christmas Under the Oaks, a highly anticipated holiday event, will be held at Heritage Square in Sulphur on December 5th, 6th, and 7th. Organizers have recently announced the entertainment schedule, offering a variety of activities for visitors of all ages.

The festivities will kick off on Thursday, December 5th, with the Holiday House Preview Gala, taking place from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. This exclusive event provides an early glimpse into the beautifully decorated Holiday House, which will be open to the general public on Friday and Saturday. Friday’s events will begin at 10:00 AM, when the Holiday House opens its doors. The carnival will start at 5:00 PM, offering an assortment of games and rides. Later that evening, the Barbe High School Orchestra will take the stage at 5:30 PM, followed by a performance by Rusty Metoyer and The Zydeco Krush from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The evening will culminate with the Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony at 8:00 PM.

Saturday’s schedule is packed with activities, commencing at 9:00 AM with the Henning Methodist Cookies with Santa event. The Holiday House will reopen at 10:00 AM, while the Kiwanis Christmas Parade will make its way down Cypress Street at 11:00 AM. The carnival will also resume operations at 12:00 PM. A series of musical performances will take place throughout the day, featuring the Sulphur High School Swing Choir at 1:00 PM, the W.W. Lewis Show Choir at 3:30 PM, and Logan Soileau Music at 5:00 PM. The evening will conclude with a performance by the Josh Abbott Band at 7:00 PM, followed by a special event, “Snow in The Grove,” at 8:30 PM.
