Update: The gas leak has been stopped and patrons have been allowed to go back into the mall.
We have received reports that a vehicle hit a large gas line at the Prien Lake Mall in Lake Charles and the mall is being evacuated for safety. Lake Charles Fire Department and CenterPoint Energy is on scene.
