Police in Louisiana Identify Suspect in July 11 Homicide at Motel in Natchitoches
Natchitoches, Louisiana – Police in Louisiana have identified the suspect in the July 11 homicide at a motel in Natchitoches.
The Natchitoches Police Department is seeking help from the community in finding suspect Matthew Robinson, a 19-year-old resident of Natchitoches, Louisiana. They believe that he is connected to a murder that took place on July 11, 2023, at a Motel.
Around 2:19 a.m. on July 11, 2023, the Natchitoches Police Department received a call about a person who had been shot at Motel 6 on Highway 1 By-Pass. When the officers arrived, they found a man named Michael Porter, 35 years old from Natchitoches, Louisiana, with multiple gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, Michael Porter was declared dead by the Natchitoches Parish Coroner’s Office due to the severity of his injuries.
Matthew Robinson, who stands accused of committing Second Degree Murder, now has an arrest warrant that has been issued against him.
