Sulphur Road Closures Announced for Park-to-Park Half Marathon
Sulphur, Louisiana - The City of Sulphur has announced several road closures that will take place on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024, from 5:30 am to 11:00 am in relation to the Park-to-Park Half Marathon. Residents and motorists are advised to plan their routes accordingly and exercise caution when driving in these areas.
The following road closures will be in effect in Sulphur during the specified time period:
- Ruth Street: The closure will span from Cypress Street to Pecan Street, ensuring the safety of the runners participating in the half marathon. Motorists are encouraged to find alternative routes to reach their destinations.
- Logan Street: The westbound lane of Logan Street will be closed to accommodate the marathon route. Drivers are requested to use alternative roads to avoid any inconveniences.
