Pedestrian in Louisiana Killed in Evening Crash While Crossing Harding Blvd in Baton Rouge

Baton Rouge, Louisiana – A pedestrian in Louisiana was killed in an evening crash while crossing Harding Bvd in Baton Rouge.

The Baton Rouge Police Department announced on April 19, 2023, that Traffic Detectives are investigating a fatal traffic crash that happened at approximately 8:00 p.m. on April 18 in the 2600 block of Harding Blvd.

According to reports, the driver of a 2010 Mazda CX9 struck a pedestrian who was attempting to cross the street.

The pedestrian, 74, died at the scene.

Police stated that the pedestrian’s name has not yet been revealed pending notification of family.
