Pedestrian in Louisiana Hospitalized with Life-Threatening Injuries, Authorities Seeking Hit-and-Run Driver

Baton Rouge, Louisiana – Authorities are seeking the hit-and-run driver after a pedestrian in Louisiana was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.

On May 1, 2023, Capital Region Crime Stoppers reported that Baton Rouge Police Traffic Homicide Investigators are seeking information regarding a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle.

According to authorities, investigators believe that on February 25, 2023, around 8:00 p.m. a 28-year-old male was struck by a vehicle in the 9800 block of Airline Highway as he attempted to cross the roadway. The driver of the vehicle reportedly continued without making any attempt to stop or render aid.

The pedestrian remains hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
