Officials Asking for Help Locating Missing Texas Senior

A missing senior alert has been issued by the Texas Silver Alert Network.
 
The Tyler County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Thomas Edward Thornton, diagnosed with a cognitive impairment, White, Male, 72 years old, Height 5’ 07”, Weight 255 lbs., Grey Hair, Blue Eyes, wearing Military Veteran baseball cap, unknown shirt, and blue jeans.
 
The senior citizen was last seen at 2:30 PM, on 03/24/2021 at 643 Sabine Street, Hemphill, TX in a Silver, 2017 Ford Edge with TX License Plate NJJ8580.
Law enforcement officials believe this senior citizen’s disappearance poses a credible threat to their own health and safety.
