Ragley, Louisiana – T-Doug's Cajun Cuisine in Ragley is preparing to officially open the doors of its new location on Wednesday, March 19, at 11 AM. Located at 15976 Highway 171, just a few miles south of the current establishment, T-Doug's aims to offer an authentic Cajun dining experience with a diverse menu that caters to a wide range of tastes.
The restaurant features a variety of dishes that highlight traditional Cajun flavors. The extensive menu includes appetizers such as gumbo, fried pickles, and crawfish queso, as well as a selection of wraps, burgers, poboys, and sandwiches. Notable items include the T-Doug grilled chicken wrap and the cowboy burger, which is topped with bacon, onion rings, and BBQ sauce.
T-Doug's Cajun Cuisine also offers a range of salads, boiled seafood available on Fridays and Saturdays, and hearty main entrées. The menu features crowd-pleasers like the crawfish étouffée dinner and the jumbo shrimp dinner, both served with sides to complement the main dish.
In addition to its food offerings, T-Doug's will provide a selection of drinks, including fountain drinks and coffee, as well as desserts such as bread pudding and peach cobbler, rounding out the dining experience.

The restaurant's hours of operation will be Tuesday through Thursday from 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 11 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday from 5 PM to 9 PM. T-Doug's will be closed on Sundays and Mondays.
