Moss Bluff Might be Getting Another Convenience Store on North Perkins Ferry Road
According to filings with the Calcasieu Parish Planning and Development Office, ECO Enterprises LLC is applying to have the zoning at 1130 North Perkins Ferry Road in Moss Bluff changed. They are wanting to change the zoning at that location from single-family residential to light commercial to allow commercial development of a convenience store.
