Moss Bluff Middle School Student Arrested for Alleged Threat and Drug Charges

Moss Bluff, LA – The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office has reported that they were alerted on December 15, 2021, at around 11:00 a.m., in regards to a suspected threat from a 13-year-old student at Moss Bluff Middle School.
School personnel discovered contraband on the student during the initial investigation. He was arrested and charged with terrorizing, possession of CDS II, and possession of drug paraphernalia and booked into the Calcasieu Parish Juvenile Detention Center.

CPSO Detective Kardel Guidry is the lead investigator on the case.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. A person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
