More than 900 Beauregard Electric Customers Without Power North of Sulphur After Vehicle Hits Pole

At approximately 6 p.m., November 15, 2019, Beauregard Electric reported that 939 customers north of Sulphur were without power after a vehicle struck a utility pole. The outage is mostly affecting customers in the areas of Houston River Road and Anthony Ferry Road near Highway 27. A crew has been dispatched, but no estimated time of restoration and no information about the driver was given at the time this was published.
