Lake Charles, Louisiana - The Mallard Golf Club in Lake Charles is excited to announce the 2nd Annual Free Junior Golf Clinic, scheduled to take place at Grace & Medora Park on June 3rd from 10 AM to 12 PM. This event is specifically designed for children aged 6 to 14, offering an excellent opportunity for young participants to gain an introduction to the sport of golf.
The junior golf clinic will feature a variety of engaging activities, including games, drills, and even treats to keep the young golfers energized and entertained. The aim is to provide a comprehensive introduction to golf, covering the basics of the sport in a fun and interactive manner.
For those concerned about equipment, the Mallard Golf Club has made special arrangements. Clubs will be provided by the generous organization, Sticks for Kids, ensuring that every child can participate without the need to bring their own equipment. This initiative helps to remove barriers to entry, making the sport accessible to a broader audience.
Parents and guardians with any questions or concerns are encouraged to reach out to Lex at [email protected].
This golf clinic represents a valuable opportunity for children to develop new skills, make friends, and enjoy the outdoors, all while learning about the sport of golf.
