LSP Thanks Supporters of the 1st Annual Senior Trooper Steven Vincent Memorial Team 5K

From Louisiana State Police – November 2, 2019, Billy Navarre Auto Group, Golden Nugget Lake Charles, L’Auberge Casino Lake Charles, the Vincent Family, Troopers and retirees from Troop D and the LSTA Louisiana Trooper’s Charities held the 1st Annual Senior Trooper Steven Vincent (D57) Memorial Team 5K event. The goal of this event was to raise money to provide Level 4 vest for our Troopers. “One Vest, One Life”….. Funds raised through this event will make a difference in the lives and safety of our troopers. It will also allow the Troopers Charities-Troop D to continue to support the following….GRANT-A-WISH – One of the primary programs which provide assistance to terminally and chronically ill children. Grant-A-Wish enables these children to enjoy a break from their real-world issues. CHILDREN’S PROGRAMS – Troopers sponsor and coordinate summer camps during the summer break. The goal is to make this event bigger and better each and every year.
