Louisiana Woman Arrested After Allegedly Pointing Gun at Victim and Threatening to Kill Them at Business in Shreveport
Shreveport, Louisiana – A Louisiana woman has been arrested after allegedly pointing a gun at a victim and threatening to kill them at a business in Shreveport.
The Shreveport Police Department reported on April 3, 2023, that on April 1, at 4:30 a.m., officers responded to an armed person in the 400 block of Commerce Street. When officers arrived, they were informed that a female identified as Alexis Ware, 24, was causing a disturbance outside of a nearby business.
Officers were reportedly advised upon arrival that Ware had been threatening people while equipped with a firearm. According to reports, the suspect pointed a gun at a victim and said, “I’m going to kill you.”
Ware was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, illegal carrying of weapons, and illegal possession of a firearm in a bar or nightclub.
