Grant Parish, Louisiana – An investigation carried out by the Louisiana State Police Special Victim’s Unit (LSP SVU) led to the arrest of Billy Pilgrim, a 38-year-old resident of Pineville, Louisiana.
LSP SVU carried out an operation on February 6, 2024, and identified Billy Pilgrim as the suspect. Based on the investigation and gathered information, arrest warrants were obtained for Pilgrim. The arrest warrants were issued for the crimes of Computer Aided Solicitation of a Minor and Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile. Pilgrim was apprehended and taken to the Grant Parish Detention Center.
When Pilgrim was taken into custody, he was working for the Rapides Parish School Board Office. The investigation is still in progress and there are no additional details currently accessible.
