Louisiana State Police Investigating Officer Involved Shooting, Suspect Transported to Hospital with Critical Injuries

Shreveport, Louisiana - On September 14, 2022, the Louisiana State Police reported that at the request of the Shreveport Police Department, Troopers are investigating an officer-involved shooting in the 600 block of Ashley River Road in Shreveport, Louisiana. One subject has been transported to a local hospital with critical injuries and no officers were injured during the incident.

At the time this was published, LSP indicated that this was an active scene, and was asking residents to avoid the area.
