Louisiana State Police Investigating Late Night Deputy-Involved Shooting in Terrebonne Parish

Louisiana State Police has reported that the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office requested detectives assigned to the LSP Bureau of Investigations on June 3, 2022, shortly before midnight, to investigate a deputy-involved shooting involving at least one of their deputies on Grace Street near Bayou Cane.

According to police, one subject was taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

LSP indicated that this is an active investigation and further information will be released when it becomes available.
