Tallulah, Louisiana - A homicide investigation is currently underway in Madison Parish, Louisiana, after a shooting incident occurred in the city of Tallulah on Saturday, September 21, 2024. According to the Louisiana State Police (LSP), the incident took place at approximately 11:30 p.m. in the 1400 block of Florida Street.
The preliminary investigation revealed that a 20-year-old man, identified as Clayton Crye Jr. of Tallulah, Louisiana lost his life as a result of the shooting. The Louisiana State Police/CID/Detectives-Monroe Field Office (LSP MFO) was requested by the Madison Parish Sheriff's Office (MPSO) to lead the investigation, with the MPSO providing assistance.
The LSP MFO is urging anyone with information, pictures, or videos related to the incident to come forward and share their findings.
