Shreveport, Louisiana — The Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations is leading an inquiry into a fatal officer-involved shooting that occurred on Crockett Street in Shreveport on May 18. The incident, which took place around 2 p.m., was brought to the attention of state investigators by the Shreveport Police Department. Authorities have confirmed that one individual was shot and pronounced dead at the scene. No officers were injured during the incident.
