St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana – The Louisiana State Police Special Victims Unit, working alongside the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office, concluded a multi-day child exploitation investigation with the arrest of two individuals on June 25, 2025. The arrests follow coordinated efforts to combat child sexual exploitation across the state.
Authorities apprehended 23-year-old Caden A. Rampino of Covington, Louisiana, and 25-year-old Justin K. Dixon of Plaucheville, Louisiana. Both individuals face charges of indecent behavior with juveniles and computer-aided solicitation of a minor. These offenses involve engaging in inappropriate conduct with minors and using digital platforms to solicit illegal interactions. In addition, Dixon was charged with attempted carnal knowledge of a juvenile, a legal term in Louisiana referring to attempting to have sexual relations with someone below the age of consent.
Rampino and Dixon were booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center. Officials said that the investigation is ongoing and further developments may arise as they continue gathering evidence.
Multi-agency operations like this are part of broader efforts to tackle child exploitation and human trafficking statewide.
An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
