Tallulah, Louisiana - Louisiana State Police, working alongside the Madison Parish Sheriff's Office and the Drug Enforcement Administration, arrested three suspects during a narcotics search warrant execution in Tallulah on November 12, 2025, following a months-long investigation into suspected drug trafficking activity.
The investigation began in January 2025 when detectives from the LSP Monroe Field Office Narcotics unit identified what they believed to be an active drug trafficking operation in Madison Parish. After gathering evidence, investigators obtained a narcotics search warrant from the 6th Judicial District Court for a residence in Tallulah.
During the execution of the search warrant, law enforcement officers seized methamphetamine, Xanax, marijuana, a firearm, and additional evidence related to the alleged drug trafficking operation. All three suspects were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Madison Parish Detention Center.
Troy Alexander, 38 – three counts of possession with intent to distribute drugs listed in Schedule I, possession with intent to distribute drugs listed in Schedule II, possession with intent to distribute drugs listed in Schedule IV, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of certain felonies, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, and transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses.
Britany Larry, 35 – attempt and conspiracy, possession with intent to distribute drugs listed in Schedule IV, and obstruction of justice.
Jarred McClodden, 28 – possession with intent to distribute drugs listed in Schedule I, criminal conspiracy, and obstruction of justice.
The operation represents a collaborative effort between local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. The DEA, which investigates major drug trafficking organizations and enforces federal drug laws, joined forces with Louisiana State Police and the Madison Parish Sheriff's Office for the investigation.
The investigation spanned nearly 10 months from its initiation in January to the execution of the search warrant in November.
All three individuals remain in custody at the Madison Parish Detention Center.
The charges filed are accusations, and all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
