Sulphur, Louisiana – On November 25, 2024, deputies from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office were sent to a residence in Sulphur to investigate a report regarding inappropriate conduct with a minor. When the deputies arrived, they were informed that Javon W. McMillon, 25, from Vinton, Louisiana had engaged in sexual intercourse with a girl who was under 15 years old. The complainant reported that McMillon ran away on foot from the residence after being confronted about the incident. Further investigation revealed that McMillon had also had sexual intercourse with the girl on an earlier occasion. On November 27, 2024, Judge Tony Fazzio issued a $150,000 warrant for McMillon’s arrest, accusing him of two counts of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
He was apprehended by the Leon County Sheriff’s Office in Texas on January 30.
