Louisiana Man Arrested in Connection with June Car Wash Burglary in Westlake
Westlake, Louisiana – On August 20, 2022, Westlake Police Chief Christopher Wilrye revealed that an arrest had been made in connection with the Blast and Vac Car Wash burglary after further investigation.
Jacob Alan Montgomery, of Westlake, Louisiana was arrested and charged with Simple Burglary, Criminal Property Damage, Theft, and Theft of a Dollar Machine Reader. His bond was set at $27,000.00.
Separately, Jacob Alan Montgomery was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Domestic Abuse, Child Endangerment, and Criminal Property Damage. His bond for property damage is $4,000, and he is being held on domestic abuse charges without bond.
The investigation is still ongoing.
