Louisiana Man Arrested in Connection with December 2022 Dougherty Drive Homicide in Baton Rouge
Baton Rouge, Louisiana – A Louisiana man has been arrested in connection with a homicide that occurred in December of 2022 on Dougherty Drive in Baton Rouge.
The Baton Rouge Police reported that Homicide Detectives arrested suspect James Keith Weber, 29, on February 28, 2023, in relation to a fatal shooting that occurred on the morning of December 19, 2022, on Dougherty Drive.
Webber has been booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison for Second Degree Murder and Illegal Use of a Weapon.
An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. A person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
