He is accused of indecent behavior with a minor and computer-aided solicitation of a minor.
On Monday, August 22, Juvenile Unit detectives interviewed a 15-year-old boy subject who told deputies that he and Williams exchanged private sexual conversations via text messages and an app. Detectives discovered that Williams and the child had also exchanged images and videos of themselves doing sexual actions.
Detectives questioned Williams, who exercised his right to counsel.

A booking photo was not available at the time this was published.
An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. A person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
