Louisiana Man Arrested by Street Crimes Unit for Firearms Charges and Possession With Intent to Distribute Marijuana and Oxycodone

On September 7, 2022, the Baton Rouge Police Department reported that their Street Crimes Unit arrested Devin Bradley, 19, on September 6, 2022, in the 4600 block of Tigerland Avenue for Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Possession With Intent to Distribute CDS Schedule II, and Possession of Firearm with CDS.

the Baton Rouge Police Department also confirmed that detectives confiscated, 1 – AR-15 rifle, 3.84 pounds of Marijuana, 41 dosage units of Oxycodone, and 1 – Glock handgun.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. A person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
