Louisiana Man Arrested After Allegedly Throwing Girlfriend to the Ground, Kicking Her, and Breaking a Vehicle Windshield and Mirror

Jeff Davis Parish, Louisiana – A man from Louisiana was arrested after allegedly throwing his girlfriend to the ground, kicking her, and breaking a vehicle’s windshield and mirror.

The Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office stated on May 8, 2023, that on Saturday, May 6, Deputies were summoned to an address in the 20100 Block of Dewolf Road, in Iowa, Louisiana, in relation to an ongoing disturbance. According to reports, the victim had locked herself inside her vehicle at the residence.

She told authorities that her boyfriend had grabbed her by the hair and thrown her to the ground, kicked her, and sprayed her with water from a water hose.

She was able to enter her automobile and lock the doors. She claimed that her boyfriend broke the windshield and side mirrors of the vehicle.

Deputies arrested David Kirk Bebee, 52, for 3 counts of Battery of a dating partner and simple criminal damage to property.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
