Louisiana Man Goes to Next Round on The Voice
Bunkie, Louisiana local Adam Pearce gets two chair turns on NBC’s The Voice. Judges Adam Levine and Miley Cyrus both turned to his rendition of the Foreigner classic song Hot Blooded. Pearce decided to go with Adam Levine as his coach.
Thirty-one-year-old Adam Pearce is no stranger to the stage. He sometimes performs six days a week as a solo acoustic artist or with the band Mothership: A Tribute to Led Zeppelin. He also auditioned for a spot on a previous season of the show, but none of the judges turned their chairs for him. Pearce said he consulted with two vocal coaches before trying out for the competition this year.
