Louisiana Investigators Asking For Assistance in October 2022 Homicide Investigation in Baton Rouge

Baton Rouge, Louisiana – Investigators in Louisiana are asking for assistance in an October 2022 homicide investigation in Baton Rouge.

Capital Region Crime Stoppers in Louisiana stated on April 13, 2023, that on October 29, 2022, Detectives with the Baton Rouge Police Department initiated an investigation into the homicide of Randall Parker, which occurred in the 2500 Block of North 31st Street.

Parker was assisting someone with a disabled vehicle when he noticed a black male attacking a black female in the 2500 block of N 31st Street, according to investigators. Parker was attempting to help the female when he was shot multiple times by the unknown male. Security video was discovered showing two automobiles fleeing the scene, a silver Nissan Altima and a dark-colored Honda Accord, both of which are depicted in the featured image.
