Lake Charles, Louisiana – The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office said on April 2, 2024, that they had been informed on March 23 about Terry Howard, a 65-year-old convicted sex offender from Lake Charles, Louisiana, asking a child under the age of 10 to engage in inappropriate behavior on multiple occasions.

After a more thorough examination, Judge David Ritchie issued an arrest warrant for Howard. On March 28, Howard was taken into custody and placed in the Calcasieu Correctional Center on charges of indecent behavior with a minor. His bail has been set at $750,000.
