Louisiana Authorities Searching for Suspect Involved in Burglary and Theft from Refinery in Westlake

Westlake, Louisiana – The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office revealed on November 22, 2022, that it is investigating two burglaries that occurred in the early morning hours of August 28 and November 12 at a local refinery in Westlake, Louisiana.

During the investigation, officers discovered that the unknown person entered the property on both occasions and took over $25,000 in copper wire. The perpetrator has a duck tattoo on his right forearm and is described as a white male.

Detective John Coffman of the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office is the case’s principal investigator.
