Louisiana Authorities Announce that Two Missing Girls and a Dog Have Been Found Safe

At approximately 9:30 pm on November 28, 2022, the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office reported that both girls and their dog have been located and are safe.

Louisiana – On November 28, 2022, Louisiana State Police reported that the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office currently has multiple resources (drones, ATVs, K9s, and the JPSO helicopter) and numerous deputies in the area of North Willie Road near Folsom, Louisiana searching for two girls who went missing along with their golden retriever.
According to authorities, the girls were last seen at approximately 5 p.m. on November 28 in their yard in the 81000 block of North Willie Road.

Authorities are asking anyone who sees the girls or their dog to call (985) 898-2338.
Authorities indicated that they know many people may want to help in the search, but at this time, they are asking everyone to please stay out of the woods in the search zone while the helicopter is in the area as to not impede the search efforts.
